RESEARCH SERVICE for Kentucky Researchers ~ Photocopies of Kentucky death certificates
before 1953 - send your request to include Full Name of individual, Date of Death, County
of Death, Death Volume Number, Certificate Number to Write Result Presentations, P.O. Box
40894, Cincinnati, OH 45240-0894. Include $3.00 per requested certificate,and a stamped,
self-addressed return envelope. Allow 3 to 4 weeks for receipt. Note: These are
photocopies, not certified copies.

About Me:
I specialize in record search and more extensive family line investigation and problem
analysis, and accompanied by professionally written reports. I am a member of the National Genealogical Society, as well as several
state and local county genealogical or historical societies. Research services utilize
county, state and federal records including birth, death, marriage, probate and other court
documents, and U.S. census and military records. Research includes convenient access to the
Ohio Historical Society, Kentucky Library and Archives, Indiana Historical Archives and
State Library, Cincinnati Historical Society, public libraries and order access to Salt
Lake Family History Library records through local family history centers. I also conduct
onsite research at local court houses, historical societies and libraries as applicable.

$5.00 per hour.
4. Record search and photocopy services.
$10.00 per hour, if accurate information provided. In specific cases, established rate per
document as required by repository.
